Bugün interaktif planlama yapılmaktadır. Siz bir planlama yapar ve adım atarsanız proje buna cevap verir ve yeni şartlar oluşur. Size hemen yeni şartlara göre cevap verir. Yanlız interaktif planlamanın özel şartı, her adımda değişebilecek olan plan ve süreçlere hazır olmak gereklidir. Fakat, süre/bütçe/performans hedefleri sabit kalır. Hedefler sabit olduğundan planlama zorlaşır ve yaratıcı çözümler ön plana çıkar. Ancak, yaratıcılık sergileyerek bu durumla başa çıkabilirsiniz.
